I bought 1600 points on Friday. When I clicked Continue, I was redirected to the home page (my profile). I had no new points. I tried several more times and the same error occured. No warning screen, no error message, it was just as if nothing had happened. I've contacted support but they haven't replied. Help?

Same issue on my end. Just tried getting some points in preparation for Arrival and instead of being sent to the receipt screen I'm redirected to my profile.
If Arrival comes out and I have no means to get it, I shall be peeved. Just sayin', trying to give my money to Bioware and Bioware won't take it.
EDIT: It apparently worked once I tried it with internet explorer. Might be a browser issue. But there was nothing wrong in the past. So meh.
