I am deep into the game and yet I still have not had a single weapon that is enchantable by Sandal. I have weapons that supposedly can be enchanted such as Longsword (veridium) and Dar'Misaan (Red Steel). Yet every time I go to Sandal it says you have no items to enchant. What is going on?

You need to have runes for Sandal to enchant weapons.

The weapons need a rune slot and you have to have runes in your inventory.
