Hello people Bioware.

I have recently download mass effect 2 from Steam. With it i recieved my game key and "Cerberus key".

I connected to the network and entered the cerberus key and all was well. That was two days ago.
Today when I got to the main menu of mass effect 2 it said "Connect to ceberus network" so i clicked access it made me log in. Then it got to a page that asked me to enter my cerberus code in again. The option i clicked on said Redeem code as i do not wish to purchase a new one. I entered my code and pressed connect. But it then said " Key alteady in use" The problem is im the one using it and it wont let me connect. Please reply soon peeps.
