I verified that my EA Online and Bioware Accounts match up as well as going to Gamlen's house and checking the special deliveries box, but none of the bonus content is unlocked. I have the Dragon Age II, Signature Edition and am entitled to the bonus content that was advertised, so what do I do now?
Do not have the following bonus items despite redeeming the codes:
Fadeshear (longsword)
Lion of Orlais (Heavy Shield)
Might of Sten (Two-Handed Sword)
Ring of Resilience (Ring)
Seekers Bulwark (Heavy Shield)
Adder of Antiva (Longbow)
Apostate's Courage (Staff)
Bonus Items not unlocking

You know the process for unlocking this stuff is WAY MORE COMPLICATED THAN IT NEEDS TO BE!!! Just give me an in game code and be done with it!!!

Sigma, are you entitled to other items that have appeared, or have you received nothing? For example, did you find the books or the two-handed sword in the chest, but not the rest of the stuff?
That's what's happening to me, and so far they haven't been able to resolve my issue, and it's been nearing a week now (since day 1).

There's like two or three codes on the insert in the game case, and then several seperate codes you have to fill in on this website.

I am, and I have every thing except what I indicate and it sucks. It just crazy that this kinda thing always happens with Bioware. It'd be a whole lot simplier in my opnion, if they just put the unlockables that come the special editions on Xbox Marketplace with one code that activates it all.

You're connected to to Xbox LIVE and have linked accounts between LIVE and BioWare Social?
You can view your other items from the main menu > Extras > Unlockables.
I preordered my game from Gamestop, so we will have different gear. For my Gamestop pre-order items I recieved an email from them with a code which I had to plug into Xbox Live. Have you checked your email (I know, this sounds simple, but it's part of troubleshooting)?

Yes, everything activated. The two codes for The Black Emporium and Exiled Prince code is completely seperate from the pre-order items code from your retailer.
Black Emporium and ExPrince came with your game, on the insert, while the bonus items were only retirevable with your emailed code from Best Buy. You're not confusing the two are you? Or is the Best Buy code just not working?
And yeah, this crap is confusing, and I didn't figure out all at once.

No, No I got the BestBuy code in an email. I inputted the bonus codes from the leaflet to get Black Emporium and Exiled Princess. It just that I haven't gotten any of the items that were supposed to be unlocked with the leaftlet codes. Which makes me wonder how Bioware is going to fix this problem for everyone who bought the Signature Edition?
