Im currently about 24hours in and am pulling my hair out over lockpicking. I am having good/bad experiences like many. My question is, how do you increase (varrick in this case) lockpicking skills. I have scanned thru the abilities for the rogue but am strugglin with this point. What does the game use for picking ability? Cant do anything with difficult chests and cant seem to see anything about picking tools/skills etc (maybe i cant see the wood for the trees) but would appreciate advice

The Lockpicking System is only available to Rogue characters and requires a sufficient level of Cunning to successfully open a given lock. The Cunning required increases as the lock becomes more difficult.
There are also some rare items that increase your lockpicking skill, which should be of great value to any rogue who comes upon them.
