I have been talking to customer service since release day to try and get this solved but figured I might get quicker responses here.
Basically what happened was I created my bioware account to link the ID of my xbox live account for the content. Unfortunately I had forgotten that an EA account was previously created through another game and had not switched to the email I had changed. So my Xbox ID and EA ID did not match when i entered the codes. I then switched over my EA ID to match in hopes that this would fix any problem but to no avail.
Now my EA account, bioware account and xbox live account all match and I am still not getting any of the items. Is there a work around for this?
DLC code issue.

bump again, guessing that with all the problems running around no one has any idea whats going on.

If you created a new one, And you typed it in on the new one. Then I am pretty sure it is all lost. As your suppose to put it on your EA original account

It is on my original EA account, just had a different email account at first but it's linked up all the same now.
