In some random fights, I'm just not gaining any experience. Not all of them, but some.
I've only just seen it happen in the Act 2 Sundermount area, but I'm not sure if it will extend beyond that point.
When I kill an enemy, my bar doesn't even begin to light up to show the amount of experience I will receive once the battle is finished.

i used google, this thread is the only thing i found 
not an issue anymore though, i reverted the game back to a previous save and it was fixed, though i did lose 3 hours play time
