Is it possible to change my email, so I can link it up with my xbox 360 account? I registered content on here, not realizing you had to link it to your account/and or same email.

The email on my xbox account is an old hotmail one, the one I use on here, redirects to my microsoft exchange server.

Thanks!

I'd love to retrieve my redeemable goodies.

You have to change your e-mail via EA.com

Yeah. Same problem here. I set up both my Bioware and EA accounts with my gmail account. Both now think my gamer tag is a Gmail address.

My true gamer tag is associated with a Hotmail account I haven't accessed in 4+ years. Neither website (EA or Bioware) will let me build the actual association.

When I go to the "My Account" area of EA ("https://www.ea.com/p...le#emailChange") and try to change from Gmail to Hotmail, the site warns "This email address is not available."

To make things worse, I just created an 2nd account with my actual hotmail address here on Bioware. It obviously woudn't let me use my gamer tag.

TO make things yet worse... there is evidently a "Bioware" tag that I made identical to my gamer tag, that's associated with my Gmail account.

I don't see anyway to correct the association on either of your websites.

Serious question.... why can't we just reclaim the darn codes from our xboxes? Why all this crud with logging into websites, linking accounts, doing things remotely, and such? You guys should hire some usability and design folks and work on your user experience. This may be fine for 12 & 14 year olds, but the adults are grumpy.

Help?

Nevermind. I decided to take a risk (ignore the warning) and enter my promo code. It unlocked the content.

I have both my EA and Bioware email addresses set to something different than the email address associated with my try GamerID (as defined at Live.com).

But... the bioware and EA sites both say they are associated with my GamerTag... and evidently are linked enough to push unlocked content. It appears that the warning on the redeem screen isn't accurate.

Now on to actually play the game.
