If you go to the Black Emporium, you can buy a potion there that lets you respec.

IT is a download not a location you unlock. You get it with the signature edition or you can buy it.

I believe you get the Black Emporium with all "current" releases of the game. There will be a letter in Hawke's messages inviting you to the Black Emporium. Then go to the map screen and it is on the bottom-right of the map.

The potion to respec is called Maker's Sigh.

Not on 360... It is DLC only. It might be free, but it does not come with the game, unless it is the Sig edtion. you still have to download it on the 360 version.

OR what might be different is if you got the sig edition it comes with the Mabari war-hound and the normal version does not...

I DONT know my DLC is still F'ed up, dosent matter though most of the DLC except for Exiled prince is kind of useless...

Some of the best items are sold at the Black Emporium.

If you buy the game New, you should have a leaflet with the code for it on there, it is kind of like the Cerberus Network for Mass Effect 2.

If not, EA support should help you out from what I hear.
