Okay, so I decided to once be a bad little mage and do the frame a templar quest.  But now I've completed two parts of it and can't find the third.  I've gone to the Hanged Man, and I've gone to the Gallows.  I completed both those parts of the quest.  But when I comb Lowtown day or night, I can't find that third part of the quest anywhere.  Does anyone else have this problem, or is it just me?  I thought maybe the game had the wrong location, so I also searched the docks and Darktown with no luck.  I haven't tried Hightown, so I suppose if there's a mistaken location it could be there.

Can anyone tell me where I need to go to find that last part of the quest?  I hate not finishing all the quests!

I only did the two and the quest updated.

I don't think you need to do all three. I cleared the quest after doing only 2.

Check your quest log - if you've done 2, it likely says "tell <shady lady who gave you the quest> you've done it".

Go back to her before running yourself ragged.

Did you talk to the dock worker in the corner of the Gallows after you put conrads name on the paper?

No, I didn't. I guess I should do that and hopefully it will count the quest complete.

yea make sure you talk to the dock worker thats what i forgot to do.

 I finished the "underground railroad", and "search and rescue" quests. But on my 3rd playthrough the book says no quest available on the "How to Frame a Templar" quest, and there is no further dialoge with Miss Selby. Is this a new bug???

Keran has nothing to do with this quest. You only get it if you are pro mage. Once you get ti from Selby's board, do the gallows (sign paper and talk to dock worker) and the Hanged man, talk to addled templar. Now back to Selby then her board for the reward.

Note that rarely it will glitch a bit and there will be orders to sign on the ground, right at the base of the stack of crates you got them from the first time right after you speak to the dock worker. If that happens sign them again and the quest should be fine.

You have to be pro mage - help Starkhaven mages escape and, send Feynriel to the Dalish, and keep Thrask's secret (don't bribe him).

hey do you know if there coming out with a new dlc iam die to level up i love the game to much lol no really i love this game and thank you

Last DLC was Legacy and MotA. I run a max level 100 mod but, with all DLC and every quest it gets 99.5 so if I really want that last 150,000 xp I have to use the console to do it. (Yes enemies scale with me so I don't end up over powered, just gives be ability points to level 87, so i can max out all relevant talent trees for my Hawke and my crew.

As for new DLC, we shall see. I hope for more but, it's getting closer to DA3 so, we might be done with DA2 extras.

You can Kill Thrask, lie to him or, have Varric lie for you - all of them work, just don't give the mages to the Templars.

 I must tell you of a recent event: Ser Conrad was fighting with another templar; Ser Roderick broke in and accused Ser Conrad of worshipping "The Great Demon" and doing "demony things." The other templars were aghast. In the middle of the scene that followed, a dockworker came up and said, calm as you please, "You Ser Conrad? Got a shipment of raw lyrium for you. Sign here." It took all my resolve not to burst into laughter.Ser Conrad was discharged from the order and is under investigation. I don't know how you did it, Hawke, but you saved a lot of apostates.

they still get the mages how do i kill thrusk

Even if you kill him, Grace and Alain get captured- they have to for their part in act 3. Them being captured does not prevent framing a templar.

Yes, Selby is where you get the quest.
