Is there a way to invite Gamlen up into my new home in hightown? I know he's an ****, but after certain events he's the only family I have left.

After Leandra, he was in my house for god knows how long. Standing in the doorway to my study... it wasn't until I went to his place that he finally left hahah. Speaking of which, he isn't the only one left...
