What happens if your squadmates die in the fade because they turned against you? Also should I only bring Anders? He seems to be the only one who doesn't fall for demons.

They stay alive in the real world and will rejoin you when you leave the fade, so take whoever you like*. It's more interesting IMO to take companions who will turn against you (in terms of story), but if you take Anders there is an opportunity to earn some friendship points with him despite the fact that he won't turn.
*edit to add that as far as I know it will only happen to one of your companions, so even if all of the ones you take could potentially be turned, don't fear being left fighting demons and all your companions by yourself!

Yeah if I take Isabela with me and she gets tempted does that blow my chances of romancing her? I already shagged her at the Hawke estate btw.

Aveline will fall prey to the Desire Demon, but it doesn't matter. If you defeat them in the Fade when they turn on you, they will still be alive in the real world because you don't kill them in the fade(remember, death only occurs when all of your party falls). They will apologize to you after you finish the quest. The only one I know for sure that won't turn on you is Anders. I know Varric and Merrill will turn on you at the Pride Demon. I don't know if Fenris will turn on you, though. When I brought Fenris, Anders and Merrill with me, no one turned at the desire demon, but Merrill turned at the pride demon. It's possible that Fenris might turn at the pride demon, but it seems Merrill will take priority at that point.
