I've confronted the Arishok at the Viscount's Keep he proposes we have a 1 on 1 match between me and him. I refused and now me, my party, and Isabella are about to face the Arishok and all the qunari. I killed all of them then the cutscene between Varric and the Seeker plays.

In Act 3 I've noticed that in the party selection screen Isabella is still shaded out. She died in battle during the qunari invasion at the Keep. She's my LI in the game and it's a shame because the story wouldn't be great without an LI. Good thing I saved right before the fight.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is she gone for good or will she return at some point in Act 3?

If she died in the battle with the Qunari she can't come back.

Unless she pulls a Shepard and gets better.

I did the romantic thing and did the 1x1 fight.

I think she's supposed to be shaded out at the beginning of Act 3. Read her codex - it should say that she disappeared for a while and has only recently been sighted at the Hanged Man. You need to go and talk to her to bring her back into the party.

Shame. I went back to the fight with the Arishok and dumbed down the difficulty to Casual. The Arishok's damage resistance is beastly on hard mode especially if you're a rogue.

After the cutscene again her selection was still shaded out.

yeah seems a bit worthless i thought every act and choice would effect your game and blaablaaablaa ... heey cheese sandwich... what was i saying again...?
