So, I have enough money to go to the dwarf expedition, just need to help anders out with his pal. But I have a few rumors, main plot, companions, secondary, and side quests in my journal. Should these be done prior to going on the expedition?
Just wondering if any thing not done prior to the deep roads goes away or carries over.
Are quests time framed?

Yes they are,quests are restricted to each act.
So you probably want to complete any side, companion and secondary quests before you go to the deep roads or finish any act, otherwise you'll lose them.
