My Rogue Hawke is attacking in slow motion all the time now. I had thought at first it was due to having the Champion armor being incomplete, so I removed all Champion armor. That wasn't it. So now I have hawke dishing out one attack every 10 minutes (ok I'm exaggerating, but he's no longer fast. he's not even moving normally). Before Act 3 he was fine. Now... it's painful. So I'm playing as Merrill, whom I enjoy playing as.

We're aware that the issue is affecting all platforms and are dealing with it accordingly.
And to clarify, yes, Isabela's friendship buff is doing this. It also seems that Sebastians buff has similar consequences. With friends like that, who needs enemies?
