I just aquired Ser Isaacs armor for my game but I found that I'm unable to retrieve it from my Special Deliveries chest at my home during Act II, however during Act 1 I was able to retrieve it with nno issues. If anyone could offer assistance or advice it would be very appreciated thank you.
