I remember hearing that Hawke will occasionally interject when your companions are talking to each other while walking around.

But I haven't heard it yet. So has anyone heard anything like that?

Heard it once, but I forgot who I had with me at the time and what they were talking about. Oddly enough, Hawke asked, "What are you talking about?" or something like that.

My Hawke started some banter on one occassion.

Nobody answered him.

Oh, and I think there was one conversation between Bethany and Isabela, when my Hawke jumped in with "I don't want to know what you just said to my sister" or something similar.

That's it.

I've encountered two so far:

Anders+Isabela talk about their fond memories of the Pearl. Hawke interjects and tells them to shut up.

Isabela teases Carver about being in the Pearl. Hawke joins in on the teasing as well with another of my favourite lines of the game due to Boulton's awesome delivery of it. "Carver, what would mother say?"

I noticed that myself today! My Hawke's click-banter was pretty snarky, and I'd been running him through with the Snarky Tone. Coincidence, or have people noticed different banters depending on his Tone?

That's not exactly a banter when you click on Hawke. He just utters some comment according to his personality.

Then hit the bumpers to shift to another character, then select Hawke like you would anything else.

I had an interjection when Varric and Anders were discussing what they wanted to do to Betrand. It was something along the lines of "What are you two going on about?"

I had Hawke butt in when Isabela was corrupting her sister, once. I know there was another one, but I forget what it was.
