I'm not confused about how to access the items, I am angry that the items are in an in-game location rather than downloadable via the main menu as in Origins. This policy has prevented me from accessing the items with the offline profile I used to play Origins on my Xbox 360. I am also angry that this policy was not mentioned at all before Dragon Age II was released.

Interesting. I have the Blood Dragon armor for ME2 and DAO. But it doesn't have that listed in my registered game content for either game. How do I change that?

Because all this use of so many code's and the way it's setup I messed up.
Seemingly I have multiple EA accounts, I NEVER use them.

I even forgot about 1, but the EA systems didn't and now I have the code activated via socialbioware and it says I have all this stuff, signature edition, but I don't.

I then checked to see what went wrong.. and yep.. the xbox auto-used a profile, and that is a different one than I seem to be using here. AND the worst part, you cannot change your socialbioware email or link to an EA account(I didn't find it). I've sent an email to EA to look into the problem, so I am curious if it can be fixed.

Why of why 2 type's of code-login methodes? Why not just use the xbox system for all the codes? I know I am not the only one with missing material, just because of this weird system.

I can't download the soundtrack, I didn't have the option when I redeemed the code and now it isn't anywhere, also, despite preordering the signature edition, I don't have the Fadeshear or Lion of Orlais, which I don't understand. Any idea how I get the music?

I have the same problem with the sountrack as Neflanthir, I used the redeem code but I can't fin it anywhere.

On the other hand I do have Fadeshear or Lion of Orlais, and so far have had no problem with them...

I pre-ordered before 1st Jan 2011 so have the Signature Edition but can't find any guidance to access "The Exiled Prince" DLC which is stated on Bioware site as being bundled with the forementioned Signature Edition? Is anyone having the same problem or has anyone solved the problem because the forums don't seem to have much chatter about this? I've not had any issues with ANY of the rest of the bonus content (I only have one EA account,Bioware Account & XBox Live Account). My thoughts are that it's on the disc but only comes up later in the game? I am disappointed with Bioware/EA's lack of communication on how to get content actually into your game - especially the Soundtrack which I stumbled across an explanation that you download from the PC section of your registered content... And they're .wav files not .mp3!?

I Have the blood Dragon Armour on Dragon Age Origins on Xbox360 And when i try to find it in DA2 onthe Xbox it does not show up.... Also cant you change the Lion or Orlais, Fadeshear as downloadable so it can be used on any account on that xbox it is downloaded on?

This is everything im missing i did get 3 free things though in the chest in the beginning of the game however i cant redeem these items. Ive contacted EA about it and they cant seem to figure it out and its getting annoying.
Ive tried clearing the cache,both my accounts match my social.bioware and EA( i log in with same pass and email, both say my gamertag all these items are under my registered content. can i get any help?

No blood dragon armor here and i have it in DA:O

also @ shiftz1234423 you need to speak to EA via the live chat option to get a second promo code for Lion and fade as I had to, they decided to put it via the EA servers and NOT the Xbox live market place.

This.

My fiancee and I made sure to pre-order way back in october, thinking we'd both be able to use all the items as they would download onto the console (as with da:o) and be accessible by any gamer profile.

Its a little annoying not to be able to use blood dragon armor or any of the many signature edition items because of this system.

Yes, I now have the soundtrack, and it appears to be working fine. Now, if only I could get the internet connection at my place to work I could try my hand on those DLCs (though the "unlockables" work fine for some reason)

I'm having the same issue of no blood dragon armour, despite the fact I have it in DA:O on the xbox 360... Having said that all of the other free content I'm supposed to get, I did receive no problem.

I've got my signature edition, I found the redeem code for the digital soundtrack, the Black Emporium + Mabari, and The Exiled Prince, but there's no sign of a redeem code for the the items. Where is it supposed to be?

Edit : nevermind I used my eyes and realised the Soundtrack code is not just for the soundtrack but for all the SE goodies.

Ser Isaac's Armor, Boots of the Frozen Wastes,Of Things Not Lost, Hindsight, Staff of Parthalan, Fadeshear, The Lion of Orlais is the list of things im missing for the xbox 360 version yet they all appear in my registered game content on here, they wont unlock in game and ive tried the live chat assistance with EA about it but nothing has seemed to work and i have no idea what could be wrong since all my accounts match up, 4 hours straight of assistance and nothing has worked/made anything unlock, hopefully something good happens soon anyone else had this kind of trouble?

I can't get Lion of Orlais or Fadeshear either and I have registered my game and they appear in my registered content on this website. But I have all the other DLC that came with the signature edition

I don't have the 4 signature edition items: Apostate's Courage, Seeker's Bulwark, Adder of Antiva, or Might of the Sten.

I assume this goes under the: Signature Edition Rewards part of my promo content area, though.

For everyone who cant get there pre-order content on a second gamertag on the same xbox please go to http://support.ea.co...at/chat_landing and explain to the person you get that you didnt get the pre-order content on both tags, if they refuse ask to be put to second or third level support and they will help you as they did me and give you a second pre-order code you can also put a request in to http://support.ea.com/ but that will take a few days to sort out.

This is a poor promotional move by EA which tarnishes there already bad rep, but inadvertently it has hit Bioware's too

Check your unlocked items list here on the website and the Soundtrack should be under "PC" rather than "Xbox360".  You can down load from there.

Can you confirm if you had a code in the Box for The Exiled Prince or was it a retailer issue one?  I ain't got nothin'!!

Edit: I'm such a loser, the code is on the other side of the Black Emporium Code. Duh...

I have nothing but bad to say about this whole experience. I've been on EA support, they're useless. It's like they don't even listen to what you're telling them.

IF SOMEONE FROM BIOWARE IS LISTENING: BECAUSE OF POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NEW GAME FROM YOU AGAIN BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY I'M NOT GOING TO GET THE NEW GAME CONTENT ANYWAY.

I have opened 3 separate case with EA, none which have gotten anyway. I have wasted over 6 hours of my time trying to fix something that is shouldn't have been a problem. I run a f'ng gamestore, everyone of my customers will be hearing about this experience.

Damn I'm sorry to hear that.  I was just about to post on the site and recommend EA's support.  I jumped on the chat with them because I didn't have Blood Dragon armor and they got it for me in about 15 minutes.  No pain whatsoever.  It sucks that it seems some people still have pretty serious issues with their content.
