Like others I also do not have the soundtrack listed in my content list, asked EA about it and they simply gave me another code with the same result (at least this time the items went through), told them about it and haven't heard from them in close to a week now, assuming they either lost my case or gave up.

I have yet to gain access to any of my SE content,  Staff of Parlathan, Fadeshear, Hindsight, Lotherings Lament or The Lion of Orlais. My account is definitely synched as I randomly got the Boots of the Frozen Wastes and Of Things Not Lost, appearing in game 14 hours into my first playthrough. Also I had EA link my account for me before I started playing.

Also any information on the exclusive soundtrack, I put the code in but it does not appear in my entitlements.

Will this be fixed any time soon? I pre-ordered especially for the extra content and I cannot use any of it.  

Edit: Just noticed the info about the soundtrack, I was under the impression it was ingame, not a download for the PC.

I ve also havent gotten any of the SE content or the boots of frozen waste ,staff of parathan, fadeshear, lothering lament ,hindsight,or the dead space armor in unlockables only shows blood armor and two of the books. The two dlcs worked but nothing else have showed up at all ive cleared my system deleted my saves reinstalled game and downloads 3 times and nothing . All i want is the items to work was the only reason i preorderd and singed up for news letters and played dragonage legends was to get the items and nothing shows up in game .                                      Has any one figured out how to fix this?

Ive had the same problem as you since last thursday :/ I thought it might have been because it got delivered a day early, but apparently not

Basiclly i have the same problem as danprice92 and dra fiend after going into ea chat for about a hour after clearing my cache and deleting my gamesave's etc. the response was.

Linda: I'm not sure it so I will escalate this issue to higher department to have them look into it They will review/research it and then will get back to you through e-mail.
Me: do you have any indication when they will get back to me?
Linda: 24 to 48 hours approx

I am guessing that there must be some communication error between our bioware profiles and our gamertags, seeing as I have got a few items, it is just annoying that none of my SE stuff is available =(

Just great. Seems that i made a spelling mistake on my Xbox account email adress. Now i can't edit it.
So it is impossible to get the ingame items and signature edition stuff because of a spelling mistake?

Isn't it able to patch that stuff to make the adress editable? (EA support told me to suggest this in here )

Im having problems with my signature edition content as well. the exiled prince and the black emporium dlc work fine but fadeshear, the lion of orlais, blood dragon armor, lotherings lament, staff of parthalon, boots of frozen wastes, of things not lost and the far cliffs of kirkwall won't download. my acounts are all linked and i've talked to someone on EA support and nothings worked. i'm getting just a tad frustrated with the whole process.

Yes I am really tired of paying around 1,000 MS points and not see the content so up in the game. I bought The staff, the Seeker armor, that special shield an NONE of it has shown up in my game. Please fix this problem BioWare.

I pre-ordered before 1st Jan 2011 so have the Signature Edition but can't find any guidance to access "The Exiled Prince" DLC which is stated on Bioware site as being bundled with the forementioned Signature Edition? i am having the same issue.  i redeemed both the 16 and 25 digit redeemable codes, i have the signature edition, but i can't get the exiled prince.

Missing my Gamestop preorder items as well as staff of parlathan. I know my accounts are in order since I just had support fix any issues.Also in my redeem codes it shows them unlocked for my 360 but none of it appears in game or is unlocked on the Main Menu

I was an idiot. I forgot I had registered with EA before with a different email. So, when I used the code for content, I used my new email. I found the silly error while signing in to Dragon Age servers- oops- there was my OLD email. I forgot it existed. Then I came to Bioware, and sure enough, my content was showing...to an account that had no X-BOX PROFILE! I chose the 'chat' option, and in about 15 minutes they had escalated my call and gave me a new code for the linked email to my X-Box in EA.

I also couldn't register 2 games because I didn't use the tiny numbers before and after the UPC numbers. >dolt<

I can't access my in-game Signature content (that you register on this site, ie Seeker's Bulwark) but could download the soundtrack. The game also doesn't recognize I unlocked Boots of the Frozen Wastes & Hindsight (and I'm guessing won't recognize Staff of Parthalan but I just got that added). I'd try to refresh my wallet balance in-game but I can't find any info on how to actually do that...plus I registered the Sig edition content last night so it should've updated by now. The Sig content doesn't appear (not even greyed out) on the unlockables screen.

ok, i originaly got on here looking for my soundtrack. i noticd a few people say where to find it and looked there and found it. when i try to download it nothing happens. am i missing something because this is EXTREMELY annoyin.

Btw. I have got my Fadeshear and Lion and BloodDragon Armour thanks to EA. But now when i go to the special deliveries it wont even let me click on it... whats wrong with it?

i cant get the prince or music i redeem the code with bioware. when i  go one black emporium to download it says to pay for it.

ok, this time i tried to download the music and left it on for a few hours and after about 2 hours it started downloading.
