I too am having an issue of a missing soundtrack download despite using the Signature Edition code. Everything else appears in my game content slot on here but the soundtrack is not showing up under the list (unless its named something similar to the other items and I'm just not seeing it).

Check your unlocked items list here on the website and the Soundtrack should be under "PC" rather than "Xbox360".  You can down load from there.

Did that and there's still nothing at all with soundtrack. I've got the listing for all consoles for the items but nothing under PC/Mac for any soundtrack.

I have 14 items that wont unlock ingame, not including signature content that I also have ... Very very irritated as they just told em to enjoy the game while I wait for a patch... But from what ive read their main priority is fixing bug issues unrelated to this DLC.... very very upset with EA

I am still experiencing issues with items needed to unlock in the game. EA did straighten out my account as much as possible and gave me new codes but that has not addressed the issue

OK. This is my first post ever because I just dont know what else to do and all of this is really driving me crazy. When I log onto my bioware account and check my registered game contenet it is showing that I have the following:
EVRA'S TROPHY BELT
EVRA'S MIGHT
BOOTS OF THE FROZEN WASTES
AMULET OF ASHES
SIGNITURE EDITION REWARDS
BLOOD DRAGON ARMOUR
HINDSIGHT
STAFF OF PARTHALAN
LOTHERTONS LAMENT
OF THINGS NOT LOST
THE FAR CLIFFS OF KIRKWALL
HAYDENS RAZOR
FADESHEAR
AND THE LION OF ORLAIS
All of these I optained from previous games, the signiture edition games, and paying way to much for the rest of the codes on Ebay.
BUT!!!!!! The only thing showing up on my xbox live is the contenet from palying the demo. Nothing else works at all and its not there.I have contacted customer support three times and still nothing. They said they would need to get someone higher up to fix it and that they would email me but still nothing.
My email and password is the same for my boiware and ea account. And when I play DA 2 the proper email shows in the bottom left corner.
I am getting really frustrated. I dont undertsnad why they just cant have all the DLC to be redeemed right on your xbox to avoid all this crap. Not to mention that bioware and ea has an entirely different site. Its one big headache. I spent alot of money for these items so I caould get the full experience with my second playthrough and I havent been able to do so.
IF ANYONE HAS HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS AND GOT IT FIXED SOMEHOW, PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW YOU FIXED IT??? THANKS IN ADVANCE

Ok, so I've got everything I should do apart from the Blood Dragon armour.
I got Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition not long after christmas and the BD armour came with it, I have it in game and I've imported that save into DA2, but it won't give it to me.
I've also tried to register my DA:O game to see if that will correct the issue, but it keeps saying the registration code is incorrect, tried it 3 or 4 times but no dice.
Help?

This is really crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still awaiting a reply from the support team. I just dont get why the codes cants be redeemed on my xbox. Instaed I need to go through all of this. I am not happy at all. I even played that dumb facebook DA game and got those extra items and there not showing either.
Like I said, I payed alot of money from ebay so I could have all these things and they do show up here on the boiware site, there just not there in the game.
Please keep me updated guys and girls if anyone figures this out and I will do the same.

I purchased the Signature Edition of Dragon Age 2, however cannot unlock the bonus items that came with it. It's registered to this account, which is the same one linked to my Xbox Live Gamertag. It says I am entitled to the DLC including the Dead Space 2 suit and various pieces that is ment to come with the signature edition.

Please can this issue be addressed since there is clearly a problem with the link between our BioWare social account and Xbox Live. I've even cleared the system as suggested by EA but no luck. In future, please just include codes we can enter into Live, not this mess of a system that has made my pre-order from last November completely pointless.

How can I gain access to the downloadable content without xbox live? I don`t have a standard broadband connection for xbox live, I connect via dongle. Are the dlc`s be released on disk just like the dlc for the da:o?

Hi, I have purchased the signature edition and registered all my codes and the game itself however Fadeshear and The Shield of Orlais have not unlocked can you please shead some light on this. It says on the site that if you register the game and pre ordered the signature edition you will get these please help.

Well I managed to fix my problem myself after some messing around.
Finally managed to register my DA:O Ultimate Edition, and I got my Blood Dragon armour working in DA2.
I hadn't yet registered my ME2 or used the Blood Dragon armour code I got for that, so after registering it and redeeming the code (which strangely enough told me it'd already been registered even though it was brand new with my DA:O UE I got in January. I still got the armour at least though) it unlocked my Blood Dragon armour in DA2 at last, and now I've got it to make an Insanity run through of ME2 easier if I can ever be bothered to finish it.

Yep, every other bonus unlockable like the Facebook ones and the stuff like Hayder's Razor were all working anyway, it was only my Blood Dragon armour that wasn't.

So here's something weird... My Signature Edition items don't show up in the Unlockables area of the main menu. Literally, there aren't even shaded out icons of them. It's as if they don't exist. Yet when I load my save game, they appear in my inventory. If I then exit back to the main menu, they then will appear in the Unlockables area.

Thats crazy but at least you have them??? LOL So you didnt get them from the chest in your room? They just appear in your inventory??? I am going to start a whole new game and se what happens. Thanks for the replies guys. Keep them coming. Hopefully we will figure this out!!

I have the same problem as most of yall. Everything listed as unlocked in my bioware profile has yet to show up in game. EA support has given me 2 new sets of codes to enter into Bioware and still nothing. This is such BS!! Why not just have XBOX LIVE Codes and make everyone's life a little easier. This seriously makes me not want to but any EA or Bioware ****!!!!

I think it's a little strange how my character profiles can be updated from my XBOX to the Bioware Social Site but the unlocked content cant seem to updated from Bioware to my XBOX. Seems pretty RETARDED if you ask me.

Just doesnt make any sense.

I too have had no luck with resolution, ISLANDFOCUS. I am in the exact same boat. The first ticket I submitted has been 'Updated by EA" and summarily locked (with no resolution), and the second ticket claims "its more complex than they originally believed" and they need more time to investigate.

Whatever.  To those that said they won't be buying another Bioware/EA game at release, I agree.  Supposedly this DLC was to entice me to pay full retail for the game instead of waiting for half-off in a second-hand scenario.  Sadly, all it's done is blossomed into frustration.

Back to Borderlands and maybe some Torchlight action; sad, but I'm not playing this game until my DLC issue is fixed, and if that doesn't happen soon, I'm giving up on EA/BW.

Well its been a week and I am still awaiting my help from a 2nd tier support agent. So once again I contacted live help for the 5th time and still nothing. It ended the exact same way. We are going to escalate this to higher support and I would be contacted within 12-24 hours, AGAIN!!!! BULL****!!! I still havent heard anything.
I even asked for my account to be deleted and I would delete all my saved games and start over and they cannot even do that for me. I am so freaking pissed right now. This whole DLC system is crap.If this doesnt get fixed soon I will sell every EA game I have and I will never buy another.
But they probably dont give a **** about us. They will still make there millions!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately I have the same issue as most with the Blood Dragon Armor. I have every other item except the signature edition stuff as I didnt pre order but for some reason the above armor doesnt even appear on my registered game content even though I have it on my DA:O and ME:2. Still no fixes for this???
