Question, in ulockables should my signature edition awards like the might of sten and adder of antiva show up? right now there are 11 items showing up shaded out and there are only 3 of them that i should be able to unlock in game but can't. On my bioware profile I should have acces to 9 free items most of which aren't showing up at all. Will they eventually show up, or did i pre-order for no reason?

I though we'd at least get an update for the signature edition holders who cannot get the DLC we were promised. In some ways, us lot who pre-ordered as soon as the signature edition was announce are the most hardcore BioWare fans. So nearly two weeks later, the stupid ethos of EA "Let's release 10-15 pieces of DLC to prevent second hand purchasing" has still been broken. Don't get me wrong, I love DA2 however if this happens to ME3 A LOT of fans will not be happy, myself included.

Well this will be the last time I ever pre order a Bioware/EA product. As far as I can tell they have sold a product and when you get it home half of the promised stuff for which you bought it for is missing. Surely there is some legal issue if you sell someone a product and half of it isn't there. I've spent 3 hours speaking to EA and despite numerous calls no one can fix this. Add to that I payed £40 for a game you can now get for £27 and never got the promised equipment which I pre ordered the game for. In short, I have learn't a lesson here, do not pre order from EA/Bioware. I shall be waiting until after release, if I even buy Mass Effect 3.

Well guys and girls. Its been a week and I still havent been contacted by a "HIGHER SUPPORT TEAM" as promised "5 TIMES"!!!!! i have spent most of my day, everyday, for the past week trying to get this fixed. I am so f*^king pissed off right now. This has to be the most stupid setup for a game yet. I have almost every dlc and bonus item showing here on my bioware account but noting is showing on my da2 game. Like I said, I even paid a small fortune for some dlc codes for the rarer items on Ebay. I am ready to snap!!!!!!!!!!
And if anyone from bioware/ea actually read these forums, YES MY ACCOUNTS ALL MATCH UP!!!!!!!!!!! I threw in mass effect 2 last night and all my dlc's and the cerberous network are there so its the damn DA2 game and servers. FIX THE GOD DAMN PROBLEMS ALREADY.
At least have the balls to reply and say that you guys really ****ed this up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a look for Amulet of Ashes item on the Redeem page to see how to get it if there was a way after the pre-order date had passed. (As I think having different pre-order bonuses advertised, depending on where you pre-order, after you pre-order the Sig. Edition back in October is unfair). It says, via the PDF, that if you register the game it will unlock and appear in your Registered Game Promos. Well I have done that (day of release), and it's not there. Anybody want to have a look and see if right? And does anyone want to shed light on this?

   i bought my code from ebay for a small fortune and I cannot even enjoy it~~~~ Still no  solution to my problems.

Finally a Tier 3 customer support got back to me via e-mail and adjusted my account i now have all my signature dlc along with (Game Preorder) Fadeshear and The lion of orlais only thing now missing is the staff of parthalan and a few others but finally happy someone got the ball rolling.

Yes it should be there if you have the signature edition. I had the same problem with blood dragon armour, they said it was because they had no record of me ever having played DA:O.  So i sent them a link to my Bioware account showing all my achievments and they sent me a code, i put it in here and i got my dragon armour.  Might be worth using the online help, as they can check your account, all they need is your gamertag and EA login, your email address. Good Luck

Thanks Duckula but I have already contacted someone at EA support about linking my accounts and they said they already were linked. Then they had me go through a whole bunch of steps like clearing my xbox cache, then doing a power cycle then deleting all of my DA2 saved games and dlc. Nothing worked. The big dlc's work it's just stuff like the staff of parthalon that won't download. I also can't connect to the dragon age servers which may have something to do with it.

I didn't realise that i had to sign up for the news letter to get that staff
And yes, where you are unable to connect with the servers will be a problem, have you tried deleting the internet settings on your xbox and setting them up again, i had a lot of problem with that when i used to play black ops with the Nat type, I just deleted the settings and set them up again and it would work properly. I know its not the same as DA II but might be worth a try, (thats if you havn't already tried it that is)

I'm on Act 3 and i keep going to my chest to see if any of my Bonus Items decided to show but NO they still aint there, i even started up a new game...
The only two Items i'm recieving is Lotherings Lammenant and Far Cliffs of Kirkwall and here's the funny thing you have to Like DA2 on Facebook to get these two Items and yet i dont even use Facebook anymore...Strange...

I have beaten the DA2 demo about 6 times and i still do not have Hayder's Razor unlocked...Can someone please tell me what i should do or if someone had the similar situation, what did you do?

Just disconected my xbox from the internet to see if when I reconected I'd be able to sign into the dragon age servers but no luck. I heard it is a bug that none of the award items are showing up in the unlockables and that it will fix itself over time; is that true?

when i put my code in for 360, it did not give me fadeshear or the lion of orlais. anybody know a fix cause' i tried to put the code back in but it keeps saying it is invalid.

I wonder if anyone from EA/Bioware even look at this? If so, they probably just say. "To hell with them as they count there millions!". ****S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nightstash210 I have the same problem, I have all my signature edition rewards except for Fadeshear and the shield of Orlais I think its a major glitch. After getting a new signature edition code I did get the might of sten etc but these 2 items still elude me, really annoying. If you find a fix please let me know as i'm fed up of ringing EA its costing me a fortune!

I didn't pre-order or buy special edition because I did that with DAO and was disappointed. However I did do all of the required activities to get all of the other unlockables: Hayder's Razor, Staff of Parthalan, Lothering's Lament, Of Things Not Lost, The Far Cliffs of Kirkwall, Dura's Blue Flame, Boots of the Frozen Wastes, Ivo Family Crest, Air of Confidence, Evra's Trophy Belt, Evra's Might, Hindsight. These all show up on my "your registered game content page" on this site but they are greyed out on the extras unlockables page in game.

Well i have been dealimg with E A for about two weeks they where getting back to me but no help on getting any off my unlockables to work and now they are ignoreing me so it goes to show ya they dont care about gamers once they get your money but they wouldnt have a company if people didnt buy their games

Well I have no idea what was done but after two weeks I finally heard from the support team and my DLCs appear to be there. I will start a new playthrough of the game and let you guys know for sure if they are indeed there.
Although I am very happy to have my DLC it was a very very frustrating 2 weeks and I sincerly hope the rest of you get this issue corrected as well. Take care guys, I will keep you updated.

i have read everyone of you all's posts, and i guess its a singular unified them here: EA/BIOWARE ****ed us all over.

my problem is this, and ill make it brief. I pre-ordered(from gamestop), played the Dragon Age Game on facebook (got all unlockables), had the blood dragon armor, registered my game when i got it, and i have an EXTENSIVE list of entitlements/unlocked content, but only the content that came from playing the demo was available in-game.

I have been on live chat several times, had my issue escalated to tier 3, and its been weeks since i last got a response from "the seniors" as they are called. i think whats infuriating is the fact that they tend to speak to the consumer as if they are illiterate and have no comprehensive skills.

so, my question is this: if EA/BIOWARE developed this system of linked profiles/accounts to a server as to have control over DLC content, then why does it take so long to rectify the situations they have put the majority of us in??? logically, a simple reset or resend of the server info should fix it all right?? or are they just either too lazy to provide adequate assistance, or are they trying to play out the waiting game with us and hope we give up?

Well guys guess what!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whatever they did to fix my DA2 dlcs they really screwed up all my dlcs for mass effect 2. I had every add-on for that game and now it says my files are corupted and to download them again. But thats not the best part!!!!!! When I went to DL them again they actually want me to pay for them again also??? This is really god damn F*^King crazy. I am so damn pissed off right now.
i think this is all I can take from EA/Bioware guys. I had enough. Two weeks of my time dealing with this **** and all they do when they reply is treat us like idiots and ****s. Well right now they can kiss my ass. I am done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish you guys luck but I will never buy another EA/Bioware product. But like I said in previous posts. They really dont give a **** about us few guys. they are going to make there millions from all the other idiots that are willing to put up with there ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same issues. Nothing but my Blood Dragon Armor, and the "Facebook" rewards for liking the page show up, even though my registered items on this site say I have much more.
