And if anyone from bioware/ea actually read these forums, YES MY ACCOUNTS ALL MATCH UP!!!!!!!!!!! I threw in mass effect 2 last night and all my dlc's and the cerberous network are there so its the damn DA2 game and servers. FIX THE GOD DAMN PROBLEMS ALREADY.
At least have the balls to reply and say that you guys really ****ed this up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes it should be there if you have the signature edition. I had the same problem with blood dragon armour, they said it was because they had no record of me ever having played DA:O. So i sent them a link to my Bioware account showing all my achievments and they sent me a code, i put it in here and i got my dragon armour. Might be worth using the online help, as they can check your account, all they need is your gamertag and EA login, your email address. Good Luck

And yes, where you are unable to connect with the servers will be a problem, have you tried deleting the internet settings on your xbox and setting them up again, i had a lot of problem with that when i used to play black ops with the Nat type, I just deleted the settings and set them up again and it would work properly. I know its not the same as DA II but might be worth a try, (thats if you havn't already tried it that is)

The only two Items i'm recieving is Lotherings Lammenant and Far Cliffs of Kirkwall and here's the funny thing you have to Like DA2 on Facebook to get these two Items and yet i dont even use Facebook anymore...Strange...

Although I am very happy to have my DLC it was a very very frustrating 2 weeks and I sincerly hope the rest of you get this issue corrected as well. Take care guys, I will keep you updated.

my problem is this, and ill make it brief. I pre-ordered(from gamestop), played the Dragon Age Game on facebook (got all unlockables), had the blood dragon armor, registered my game when i got it, and i have an EXTENSIVE list of entitlements/unlocked content, but only the content that came from playing the demo was available in-game.
I have been on live chat several times, had my issue escalated to tier 3, and its been weeks since i last got a response from "the seniors" as they are called. i think whats infuriating is the fact that they tend to speak to the consumer as if they are illiterate and have no comprehensive skills.
so, my question is this: if EA/BIOWARE developed this system of linked profiles/accounts to a server as to have control over DLC content, then why does it take so long to rectify the situations they have put the majority of us in??? logically, a simple reset or resend of the server info should fix it all right?? or are they just either too lazy to provide adequate assistance, or are they trying to play out the waiting game with us and hope we give up?

i think this is all I can take from EA/Bioware guys. I had enough. Two weeks of my time dealing with this **** and all they do when they reply is treat us like idiots and ****s. Well right now they can kiss my ass. I am done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish you guys luck but I will never buy another EA/Bioware product. But like I said in previous posts. They really dont give a **** about us few guys. they are going to make there millions from all the other idiots that are willing to put up with there ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
