It says that the items can be accessed at Gamlen's house in the chest during act1 but none of the items are there. When I check this website it says that the content is under my registered content so it should be there shouldn't? Also I have a promo code for an online pass to unlock black emporium and mabari hound but it won't take the code. This is all PS3 so it's the right system. Please help.

The Blood Dragon Armor cant be unlock. I have Mass effect 2 and already redeem the cerebus pack. Other item such as Ser Isaac Armor can be unlock.

same here. The P.S.3 store does not recognize the Online Pass code which is annoying.

The blood dragon armor unlocks later in the play. I think it did so in act 2 for me. I have the SE of game.

I believe I heard that you needed to unlock the Blood Dragon Armor in Dragon Age: Origins rather than Mass Effect 2 to allow it to unlock for Dragon Age 2.

Are you connected to the internet and logged into the same EA account that you use here when you boot up Dragon Age 2 on your PS3? You probably have done that, but I ask only because that'll sync up the items you've unlocked on your account to your DA:2 game. If you were connected, well, then...I have no idea what the issue could be lol.

For all those experiencing this issue, the problem is likely that the "unlockables" menu is not properly reflecting what is actually unlocked on your account right away (it will eventually).

A possible solution is also taken from Luke's post:

• [Even with the issue above...] this does not, however, reflect what you will actually find in the Special Deliveries chest in Gamlen's house.

If your account is entitled to any particular item you should do the following:

• Verify that your EA Online account directly matches your Social.Bioware.com account login
• Verify that you are in fact logged in to the EA Online Account
• Go to Gamlen's House in lowtown and check inside the Special Deliveries chest for your items

So, check to see if the items you have unlocked are in Gamlen's house first before requesting any further help. They might actually be there and the status between what you've already unlocked and what should be shown in the game's Extras menu is simply just delayed.

yup I'm logged in and all that good stuff and even called the EA Support ppl and they told me that there was no promo code for that staff, which makes no sence bc if there isnt one why the frick would they add it as an unlockable on the specail addition if they have no promo code for it??? Like I mentioned above, be sure to check the chest in Gamlen's house to see if the items are there.

As for the promotion linked to the Staff of Parthalan. The key word is "had." They had a code (during the promotion) linked to it, but it's no longer required to unlock it. Unlocking the staff simply requires signing up for the newsletter which will automatically unlock the staff on your EA account granted the account used to sign up for the newsletter is the same account used when you play Dragon Age 2.

ok so does that mean in order for it to work my gamer tag on here has to be the same as my PSN gamer tag? because my gamer tag on my psn is xrockstarx87 while on here its exile00 and if so is there a way to change it? and if so, how do I goabout doing that?

I don't think it's necessarily the gamer tag, but rather the email. The email address you use here (which is also linked to your EA account) should be the same email/account you use to log in when playing Dragon Age 2. That's pretty much how you get the items which you've unlocked in your Entitlements page to be transferred to the game - they pull that information from that particular account and make it available for you to play.

log on to www.ea.com and go to your account page. Once there, click the 'add persona' button, and follow the instructions. That will link your PSN account with your EA/Bioware account.

Alternatively, you can log into the game after starting your Dragon Age game on your PS3, and that account will be linked to your EA/Bioware account.

I preordered from the EA Store yet The Irons code hasn't been sent to me. And don't get me started on the customer service reps at EA... oh my god, are they ever useless...

I have all this DLC content on my bioware acc, Blood dragon armor, the staff, etc. However only my SE content and for some reason 5 out of the other eight don't register on my PS3. Any Ideas? I can't find them with any of my in-game chars anywhere and the 'unlockables' both on PS3 and the bioware link to my char show up as not there.

Once they work out a fix, I'm sure there'll be an announcement to that effect, and those of us that have the game on PS3 will be given instructions on how to get our stuff at a later date.

That's the official line that I've been given by the EA Customer Support staff.

ok I'm seriously getting po-ed trying to romance Aveline but when she asks Hawke if he ever thinks about him and her, you only get three options to choose from and I dont know what to select. Is it even posable to romance her???

He's not in the Emporium. You have to summon him as a sustained skill/talent. Hit L2, select sustained talents/skills (on the left side of the radial menu), then click on the Mabari hound icon, exit the radial menu. You can also assign him to one of your hot buttons. Actually, it should already be mapped to your circle hot button on the second layer (hit R2)

First, read the freaking thred title - don't just post your question/issue/gripe wherever the hell you like. Thread-jacking is not cool.

That said, the answer is no. You cannot romance Aveline. You can flirt with her, but you cannot romance her. You can romance Merril (Male or Female), Isabella (Male or Female), Fenris (Female Only), Anders (Male or Female), or Sebastian (Male Only).

Now please, have some common decency when posting in threads.
