I am having problems with unlocking the bonus items in game.  They are all listed in my registered content on the website but they are not showing up in the unlocked section and in game.  Any ideas.  I have been trying to email an EA rep. and the only thing they did so far is give me codes to the items.  I entered the codes and its still the same thing.  Please help.

Has anyone been able to fix unlocking the items in game. It seems to be an ongoing problem with others on here too. Please post if anyone resolves this problem.

I'm having a similar problem .. but a person in the EA support chat didn't provde a solution (although I think he was helpful i that he tried). He said my issue is complicated and he'll inform senior staff.

My problem (For PS3):

I got the slip with the online pass codes in with my Signature Edition ... but the code is not working. I keep getting the message: may not be correct or may no longer be valid. I can not access the Black Emporium. Everything else worked, though. I got the soundtrack and the unlocked items (such as the Blood Armour) -- but no Dragon Age 2 The Exciled Prince add-on content.

This is very frustrating.

EA staff just replied to me and told me that my saved game data may be corrupted. He advised me to delete my saved game data on my PS3 and try it again. I havent been able to try this yet as I am away until Saturday. My only issue with that is am I going to lose all of my saved game or will it reload through the dragonage servers.

I redeemed my code for the Staff of Parthalan. When I check my content list online from the bioware website it shows available and unlocked for PC and Xbox 360, but I have a PS3... It is not unlocked in my game. Your site shows it is available for all platforms, but it is not working for PS3...

Okay, I'm getting more than a little pissed off, and I'm only slightly relieved that it's not just me.
I'm getting my special items form having gotte nthe Signature Edition, you know, Adder's Kiss, Apostate's Pride Etc. I'm also getting the two books, Lothering's Lament and Of Things Not Lost, as well as my Blood Dragon Armor(I got it from having it in Origins if anyone's still wondering) BUT I have a LOT of other DLC that shows up here, but not a single one is in my Special Deliveris Chest in Gamlin's house. At least I still have Legends to keep me busy as I get the rest of the DLC from there while I'm frustrated at DA2 right now >.<

 redeemed the staff and unlocked the black emporium, but only 1/2 of the items are found in the box.

Just started playing legends to unlock stuff. Still bothers me that Fadeshear and Lion of Orlais don't even appear shaded out in the extras menu.

Ok my items aren't unlocking. So now I'm down a Fadeshear sword, Lion of Orlais shield, and two items from the extras menu (Evra's belt and something else). I also had trouble with the Emporium and Dog before it was straightened out. I hope EA or Bioware fix this stuff soon.

With all these glitches they HAVE to be working on a patch. I just hope it gets released soon

So I have a problem and hope someone can help me.

I purchased the signature edition of dragon age 2 and registered it, used the dlc codes etc.

I have everything that I am meant too except the five dlc items that come with the signature edition. I have checked, they simply are not there. What should/can I do?

Join the club man, we're ALL having similar issues. The only current solution is wait for Bioware/EA to get a downloadable patch for DA2 made.

I just attempted to do that today and mine did not work either.  Im about to give up on trying or worrying about getting the other items.  I replied back to them and told them it did not work and Im still waiting for the reply.  Im just going to continue to play and enjoy the game until they fix it.  Good luck and keep us posted.

For the time being I'm playing Origins and awakening again, making new world environments to play in II.
If you want interesting effects on the DA2 world from DA: O/A, play as a human Mage or a Dalish Elf characters. Hawke is related ot the Human Mage, and your sibling/mother will mention it after the first 1 year gap. And Merrill's clan is the same clan you're in from DA: O/A and she mentions knowing the Hero of Fereldin. If yo usacrifice yourself as the mage Alaster and/or Anora will make a new mage tower free from templar/chantry control

I am having this same issue. I show 12 items unlocked on my registered game content page. Yet on the game under unlockables I only show 2 of the 12. The 2 that are unlocked are 2 of the 3 tomes (which is really strange since the 3 come together and I didnt get "Of Things Not Lost). In gamlens house i got the 2 tomes that it shows unlocked and nothing else. Nor did i get anything else when i unlocked the mansion (which an EA tech rep said I would get EVERYTHING else when I got the mansion. They also say my 3 of 5 DA Legends gear isnt able to be unlocked yet, even though I know multiple people who have received theirs already. I have contacted support about 6 times on this and been referred up to "tier 3" 3 times (which at this point I think is just their way of saying "F off") and told my issue would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours. I have been trying to figure this out for 6 days now.

Oh, EA also told me to delete my save data/ game data and that would fix it.... It doesnt work. But if you wish to try like the above people. Make sure you back up your save data before you do it, the DA2 server doesnt keep your data. Just plug a flash drive or portable HD into your ps3 and copy the save data.

Yeah, I've done the delete your data thing, it didn't do squat for me. Thankfully I backed up my data first

Yep I did move my PSN ID from old account to the new one. Hopefully now they can do something about it.
