Confused about how to unlock / install / access your Promo Items & DLC

Ok, I've registered both my UE dragon age and dragon age 2 SE, i entered all codes correctly got the unlocks for everything BUT my blood dragon armor. am I missing something here? should I automatically have the blood dragon armor unlocked upon entering dragon age 2 or do i have to enter the game before it is not "grey-ed out" in the unlockables menu? Restart my system? played a character all the way through with completion and the blood dragon armor bought and in inventory?

@Kyriosh I did too... grrrrrrr. First, can yo utell me where you sent emails and such, I get lost on sites fairly easilly and have no idea where I'm supposed ot send them, And second, cna yo ugive me that phone number? ^ ^"
And @Arcan3 X, yo ucan only get the Blood Dragon Armor if you got it in Dragon Age Origins/Awakening

Yes the UE dragon age (Ultimate Edition Dragon Age) Includes All DLC for Dragon Age: Origins. (Awakening, Stone Prisoner, Witch Hunt, Blood Dragon Armor, etc.) I even bought it and used it in the game. Yet it is "grey-ed" out still.

EDIT: Clarification, I even bought the Blood Dragon Armor set in Origins and played through the game with it. Yet it is still "grey-ed" out in Dragon Age 2 Unlockables list.

I should have received the following :

Fadeshear sword
Boots of the Frozen Wastes
The Lion of Orlais
Staff of Parthalan


I did not receive these in Gamlen's Home.
I did however receive the other DLC I was supposed to get.
I had a problem with my account. I was connecting to the Dragon Age II servers with the wrong email. I notified EA and they corrected it. I even went to GameStop web site and there is no code just register here
Could this be why ?
But I received everything else ?

Thanks for any insight on my problem !

Go to https://profile.ea.com/myprofile.do and choose support on the top right screen. I use live chat to contact the EA staff. Hope that helps :)

@MoTeets....I did the same thing. My PSN was linked to my wifes email and they switched it. I had some of the items before the switch and those ones I still have. The new ones I should of unlocked have not, but are in the registered content. EA just listed my problem as unresolved and have not responded.

I've raised a ticket with them, see if they give me the same message, asking 'was your account recently transferred over?'

I will explode at them..
I mean.... come on..
I have a ticket there, viewable on my account for the transfer.

Funny enough, I have experienced none of these problems on my PS3 . Everything I was supposed to get, I got, no problem, Then again, My e-mail is exactly the same as it was over a year ago when I first registered DA:O. No disrespect meant, but I think it's maybe something y'all aren't doing right (lke the aforementioned differing e-mail addresses), and not a bug or a glitch. Another thing some may have missed, you need to make sure you're looking in the correct chest in Gamlen's house. This happened to me the first time I went looking for my loot. I was mistakenly looking in the storage chest in the living room ,and not the "Special Deliveries" chest in the bedroom. Anyway, good luck in getting this fixed, whatever the reason.

All I can say about that live chat is "wow". It was an uter waist of my time, but thankyou for actually providing me with somewhere to go Kyriosh. Did anyone else feel like they were talkign to an experimental AI program? O.o?
I ended up calling, and I was "upgraded" to teir 3 custumer suport..... which is e-mail only... I feel so supported -_-"

Well I got the Boots and the staff. EA Support fixed those. However they stated that Fadeshear and Shield were not available for PS3

THat's untrue. I've talked to someone who has it on the PS3, and I have it unlocked for the PS3, it's just not showing up ingame >.<

@MoTeets...i was "upgraded" to tier 3 three times now in the past 8 days for the same issue.... yet i never receive any emails from them, nor has my problem been fixed.....

Fadeshear and Orlais shield are for ps3 as I have them along with all the bonus stuff. Seems email is the key problem in alot of issues here. What I did first was did the upc registration then did the ps3 login then checked unlockables... Everything showed up. So not sure what to say other than that.

@Stevonzo... I know how you feel, I've just been upgraded to tier three for the second time. and it's still not fixed, nor have I gotten any emails. Needless to say, I'm VERY unimpressed by EA's so-called "Consumer support"

And I will never use the live chat again. I used it today for the first time nd had the worst experience. I swear, it felt like I was talking to some primitive AI Program that was failing. It didn't acknowledge information I gave it until it asked for it, and told me to do steps I already told it I did. It was retarded.

No, thats blizzard. I cant wait for that either. If you like Dragon Age 2, you would like the Mass Effect games, assuming you like sci/fi action (ME) as well as medieval (DA)
