I'm with Gregorius. Any DLC they come out with, the Sebastian pack included, is content that -should- have been included with the 40-dollar-game-sold-for-60 straight at launch. I sincerely hope they make up for the rush job they did on this game by doing the right thing: offering us plenty of content for FREE, to complete the game that they shipped without finishing.
