You can do a couple of things download the character builder
here -> http://social.bioware.com/project/353/ and post it on the forums for feed back. Or you can look through the forums for the numerous guides provided.

Yep. Put everything into Strength. You can spare a point or two into Cunning (if you need to hit 16 for Coercion), and you can put some into Willpower if you find yourself running short of Stamina, but Strength is your god stat here, and you have more dump stats than almost any other build.
Tips:
1. Do the Broken Circle quest first, as not only do you get some nice attribute points for free, you also get a very nice Tier 6 greatsword for free from a sidequest (keep a sharp eye and one finger on the tab button). Yusaris is pretty decent, and a boon later on during the Sacred Ashes quest.
2. Never turn off Indomitable. Ignore the stamina upkeep. This single talent is one of the most useful in your arsenal, especially when fighting sword-and-boarders, high dragons, and mages.
3. As stated above, you absolutely need one of your mage companions running Haste. Attack speed is the biggest ****** in your dps and the sole reason that Dual Wielders are so smug.
4. Get the Death Blow talent ASAP. You'll see why below.
5. Pick your weapon enchantments carefully. Damage runes only effect auto-attack swings, and an efficient 2hander should not be doing much auto-attacking (mostly, you'll wanna cycle between Sunder Arms, Sunder Armor, Mighty Blow, Critical Strike, and Two-Handed Sweep; see why you need Stamina?). Dweomer runes are almost never a bad choice, nor are other passive runes.
6. Champion is a better specialization than Berserker, as it allows you greater crowd control at higher levels, which is a major boon to 2handers. It ultimately gives you a sustained AoE buff, an activated AoE debuff, and AoE knockdown. Reaver is a very good DPS specialization, but keep an eye on your health and on Wynne's mana levels. Templar is just all-around useful due to access to Knight Commander's Plate, which can put you on the road to hostile spell immunity. It makes badass mages into LARPers throwing hackey sacks at you.
