Although Kirby is the ultimate cannibal and one of the most sick and disturbing characters ever designed, the guy with the shotgun would win. Even Kirby can't survive a shotgun shell.

Depends on who gets the drop on the other. Kirby can swallow someone whole and vomit them back out as an apple before you can blink, but he has to be close enough for that, and he is still mortal.
