I stopped playing last night, saved my game, went to bed.
Today I went to go play and the load game defaulted to my level 5 rogue that I tried out. My main game is 20 or so hours in. I thought it was weird but selected the Switch Character option.
Much to my dismay, the Warrior character was not even listed. At all. I exited the game and went to the save folder and, while my rogue file was there with all the rogue saves, the folder where my warrior should be was not even there at all. Just completely gone.
I have a GTX 580, Windows 7 64 bit, core i7 2600k. I don't have any intrusive programs installed on my computer and I'm pretty well versed in all that stuff, my computer is completely clean, free of viruses, bloatware, malware, etc etc.
All saves for my Warrior file completely vanished.

The only thing I would recommend is downloading a program to search for deleted files, and try to save them that way. It's a pretty poor suggestion I admit, but the only one here atm.
