It goes str8 to the Junk section, pretty sure I got it from someone after a quest, I wanna say the elven keeper gave it to me from Merrils clan but don't qoute me on that. It gives me no info when I go to view details of it, does it have any purpose, or use? If not, will it have any use in the future?

Anything that goes to junk is safe to sell, I'd say. I think it's just a more in-character way for the Keeper to reward you for the quest(as opposed to handing you some cash).

o0, kinda bums me out to know all these random things I pick up do nothing. I'd hoped things like ravens feathers and such might have some purpose later on weather it be crafting, or potions. I threw alot of junk in my storage chest just incase. So far this game's pretty sweet but Idk if it's as great as I wanted it to be.

the keeper gives it you if you dont kill/make tranquil fenril(yeah its spelt wrong)
