So after the bedroom scene with Isabela she changes into a sexy black corset but no matter dialogue option I choose the next moment she is back to her plain garb. I tried everything others have mentioned to get around this but it isn't working.

After the complete scene it says I unlocked her outfit but alas I go to the hanged man and she is still wearing the original outfit. Hopefully this is an easy fix because I won't continue this play through until I get her cooler outfit.
