so im running dragon age on high with resolution 1440 x 900 and my mouse cursor doesnt match up with the actual position is on i have to selct on the background to get it to select the menu buttons

This only happens to me personally when I'm running the game with the developer console enabled. If you have it enabled, turn it off.

The console is not enabled by default, you have enable it. If you start the game from the launcher you do not have it enabled. A shortcut needs to be made for the game executable and a command switch needs to be added to the target line of the shortcut.

i see well i dont kno i wonder if there is a problem with nvidia graphics......i have to use a custom resolution for my screen......and wen i play DA2 on the right resolution my mouse selection is off............this is a pain

Try matching your desktop resolution with the your game resolution. Might help.
