Hello,
My daughter and I share an xbox 360 and i purchased the Shadow Broker DLC on my avatar on accident when I was trying to get it for her. The Usage Restrictions say that all users on that console can access the DLC but it only comes up in the game under my avatar. How would i get it to show up on her avatar?
Appreciate any help!

Hm...you're correct to think that Gamertags on the same console can share downloaded content. I recently checked this to help someone else troubleshoot a similar problem, so it should be accessible to your daughter as well.
Now I must apologise as I can be quite picky with language use so I will suggest some things and seek clarification (either for myself or others to help you).
You use 'avatar' but I am personally unsure what you are referring to exactly. Perhaps you mean 'Gamertag' as I have used it? I would use 'avatar' as that figure that represents you in certain games and the figure you can dress up; 'Gamertag' is what game related information is saved such as achievements, and purchased content amongst others. The two are linked, but quite distinct (at least to me).
Now, Lair of the Shadow Broker (LotSB): you say you have it 'under my avatar' (whatever that may mean), and I read this as you having access to LotSB in your game of Mass Effect 2 (ME2). If this is the case, then it would mean you have passed a certain point in ME2 (the mission on Horizon if I am not mistaken). If your daughter has not passed that point in ME2 then LotSB will not show up in her game.
If the above paragraph is not true, then could you please clarify where you are seeing LotSB 'only coming up in the game under my avatar.'

I'm going to assume you can log in to play ME2 with your account, and it works perfectly, but wen your daughter tries to log in to play it with her account, the content is unavailable. I've heard of this happening, and here's the best suggestion I can offer as it's worked for lots of people.
Log in to your account, boot up the game, and it will then load all the content. Now, without exiting the game, sign out of your account, and sign in to hers. Then, have her sign-in to a BioWare account (if she has one and/or wants to). All the content should be available. Hope this helps.

I am playing ME2 with two different variations on Shepard - one a paragon and the other a renegade. LotSB is showing up only under my renegade version and not the paragon. How can I get LotSB under both variations?

General advice and thoughts of mine will remain largely unchanged. If you have not completed Horizon then LotSB should not show up; the completion of Horizon is the trigger for LotSB's availability in the game. It has nothing to do with Shepard's alignment.
If it hasn't triggered after Horizon then we're looking at an actual issue which might require more input.

Thanks for your help! I've completed the game in both variations, so I've gone past Horizon on both. I tried clearing one of the saves in the paragon identity, too. And I have restarted both the game and my Xbox since downloading the new content.

Figured it out - you have to load a previously saved mission.... but not the final collectors mission. If you load an earlier mission but after the Horizon mission, a new message will appear in your e-mail. Read that message and it launches LotSB. Not exactly intuitive, but I'm glad I found it.
Great mission, by the way - I really enjoyed my first playthrough and am looking forward to the paragon version.

Well, alot of the dialogue in Shadow Broker assumes you've completed the main game... and I always wait until I am finished before I play Shadow Broker... (The fact that Arrival forces you to accept the mission shortly after Horizon annoyed me.. You don't have to actually DO it, but you have to say you will...)

All the DLC for missions occur after the end of the game LotSB, Arrival, and Overlord. You can play them in game of course but they aren't really meant to be played until post Omega 4 relay and end game boss battle.
