 Does anyone know if there is such a thing a mod or console command anything?

I want to add points so I can have every specialization unlocked on my "Cheator" account.

Aren't specialisations just like skills? Have you tried using AddTalent?

Edit: Yep, specialisations are just like skills. Just use runscript addtalent <TalentId> where TalentID is the ID of specialisation you want to unlock.
