How do I set up a tactic to make Anders deactivate Panacea at the end of battle? I want him to enter combat with full mana, and only activate Panacaea if party health gets low. I have it set up have him activate it when 2 or more party members fall below 50% health, but I don't want it left on at the end of combat. I can't seem to figure out a tactic to make that happen. (Right now, he leaves it on forever once he activates it).
Any advice?
Deativate Panacea? (minor spoiler)

Theory only, dunno if it will work: Last two Tactics as follow
Enemy: As long as 1 is alive = Attack
Self: Any = Deactivate Panacea
If that won't work, say 2 Alive. Once only One is left, he should turn it off, not perfect, but close enough. Should work, again, theory.

I'm also having problems with this. Pretty sure tactics is just bugged in general.
Another thing I noticed is when you get Isabella she has by default a line of:
Ally: Surrounded by three or more enemies -> Back-to-back
I can't seem to find that condition on my own though..under Ally there is no such sub-category as "Surrounded"
