I too also have negative damage resistance. And any time I die I do NOt
have injury. This started from the begining of teh game during the
prologue. The Bug gets worse the further into the game you go, Every
time one of my companions gets there "freind/Rival" bonus regardless of
what it is I get an additional -5% I'm up to -35% right now.. Grandted
I'm playing in Nightmare as a mage and still owning but still, if I was
playing a tank I'd get owned with that much -damage resistence, and I'm
not even done with chapter 2. Also unable to find any fixs for it on the
web, tried dying solo, ina gruop and manually rezzed all while naked
doesn't matter. Since I religiously save I tracked it down to the VERY
beggining...kinda sad such a majopr bug is in the game from release.  I
also played the demo, but that was a diffrent save folder and everything
and I uninstalled it prior to installing this game.

My system spec's shoudln't be needed as this is a programming issue.

Not part of this issue but the sketch quest is also broken at the end of it. The people you are supposed to fight jsut stand there and I get a quest reward but the quest remains active and the quest helper is above sketchs head still.

This game has also crashed signifigant number of times, For soem reason with V sync ON it jsut randomly crashs.

No it isn't my system I'm computer savvy enough and had several monitor programs watching the game with a report each and every time.

I've got that bug on my melee rogue character. I'm also up to -35% DR. Plus, combine that with the slow motion combat bug and I'm mostly useless in a fight

I have it too, playing a tank. I bought the King Something The Forgotten armor from the Black Emporium (it has 20% damage resistance), a talent that gives another 5% (forget the name) and Battle Synergy (max it has given was 8%). With all those added together I'm only showing 3% DR. If I drop the Synergy and take off the armor it's -18%; it just started recently though. I don't know if this is really negative DR or if it's just a display error.

Well the cause is more or less the same with the slow motion bug. Debuffs don't wear off and tend to stack. The only thing you can do right now, I think, is keep reediting your save files whenever this occurs.

i reload my games at various stages and check my damage resistance. they fluctuate from 32 to 29 to 26 then to 32 after battle

shouldnt it be a constant?
