Will I be able to use these debuffs with Spirit Healing on?

You can only cast the creation tree with your healing aura active. Maybe a couple of the Force tree, the ones that do no damage, but I am not certain about that. Upgraded Haste and the glyphs are good party support, as is the Heroic Aura. Oh, other buffs also, like the Arcane Shield.

Hmm, so as long as a spell doesn't cause any damage? I'd like to cast other buffs/debuffs like Barrier and some of the hexes.

No Entropy Spells I believe. As Grumpy said, Buffs, Creation/Spirit Healer Tree and most Force Mage Stuff. Kinda neat Force Mage/Spirit Healer mix so well.

If a spell targets enemies, it's offensive.  Sleep might be the only Entropy spell that's not offensive.  But its upgrade definitely is offensive, so it probably counts for base.

Not sure about any others, but you can cast dispel magic, including its upgrade, while healing aura is up.

You can cast Mind Blast with its stun upgrade, too.
