How do you start the exiled prince and play as him? I got the 3 lots of mercanarys now he is just standing in chantry ???? Do you need to start new game or?
How do youy play as sebastian??

Just keep playing. He joins you in Act 2.

It totally threw me off when I finished his first quest and he walked away from me. I was expecting him to immediately join me, too. Then he just kept standing in the Chantry, repeating his one line like he was a generic NPC or something. But yep, he joins in Act II.
