So I took an archer through my first playthrough and loved how he worked with my team (almost no matter who I had on it). At one point, the first wave of enemies would simply die within seconds between 2 hails of arrows and a firestorm (and Issy picking off the straglers), or some combo thereof. Then after I could keep everyone reigned in and pick off anyone left with arrows... and half the time put down most of the second wave before they got to the party.

Now I'm taking through a 2handed warrior, but I'm feeling useless. By the time I can get to the enemy, my partymates have already done alot of damage to them if I have ranged fighters with me. I've even tried taking all fighers (Fenris, Aveline, and a mage on heal-only-mode), but that results in us either getting spread out chasing down baddies or shot to heck and back with arrows. I just can't figure out who to take with me to be effective and feel like the party could have just as easily done this without Hawke present at all.
