 "The game cannot launch because of a misconfiguration, please reinstall your game and try again."

I have read other topics and looked this up and have tried:
-Changing the EA core app ini to either be completely blank, or putting a ; in one of the lines suggested.
-Turning off firewall
-Running from ea manager
-Tried EAA access installer but i cant get that to work either.

I am running the normal version and just recently installed 1.4 patch so i could play the DLC content i just bought, and now the game wont work at all. any suggestions

im running 64 bit windows i used a default directory installation
