All of the info I've read on building an Arcane Warrier/Blood Mage say,s that you put all your attribute points into magic, willpower, and constitution (constitution for the blood mage). Some say only magic.
So how do you wear, like, clam shell armor that requires strentgth of 52, if you're not dumping points into strength also? Or is that more for a warrior build? If so, why is it called an Arcane Warrior??
I realize you can do whatever you want, but I'm missing the boat here.

The first talent you can acquire as an arcane mage is Combat Magic. The passive component of Combat Magic permits you to substitute your magic stat in place of strength to meet equipment requirements. Basically, so long as your magic stat exceeded 52, you could use the armor you used in your example.
In addition to that passive effect, Combat Magic has a sustainable mode where your magic stat is used in place of strength to calculate damage. Between those two effects, there is no need for an Arcane Warrior to put points into strength.

Again, you DONT put points in strength anyway, you put them in magic. Then AW and the first talent in AW have you covered with the rest of it.
