When in the deep roads after you fight the ancient rock wraith, you can fight the hunger demon thing for the money or just take the key. What is the smartest thing to do here?

You can go back and fight the demon? (i believe it's a sloth demon, by the way) I assume you need to side with it? I just told it to **** off and fought its minions before going on to kill the ancient rock wraith. I'll side with it this second time through and see. I don't know if there are any repercussions to fighting the demon after you side with it (you'll probably get some friendship points with some of your team, and some loot) There's quite a bit of money and some good loot there (which is freely yours if you don't help the demon.) Killing it is probably the best option.
