I just got a new 360 s and every time I try to log into the Dragon Age servers it freezes.

Basically the game loads it says it's contacting the servers then it says something about the social network in the corner and then after 2 seconds it freezes. The music is still playing fine but i can not do anything I can't even bring up the guide. This doesn't happen when I logged out of the internet or start it without the auto-login on.

please help

is it possable that my internet is to slow I do have Hughesnet sadly...
