I have just completed the quest Best Served Cold for the First enchanter, in Act 3, I have got all the champ armour but I don't have Isabella or Fenris. Have I done something wrong? Or do I have a fair while to go in the game yet and I will get them soon? Cause I am really getting sick of that fugly mofo avaline as my warrior.

Let it me put this way - you get all companions in act 1 (besides Sebastian, who'll join in act 2).

You've missed them. If you don't get them in act 1, you don't get them. Isabella is found in the hanged man at night after you've gotten Anders to join your crew, and Fenris is recruited at the end of the Bait and Switch line, which I believe you find out about by checking your mail at Gamlen's house.
