These are the "clean up the city" quests where you defeat the bandits in various parts of town. After doing the first one (for me it's always "Sharp little pinpricks") "A Friend" tells you to come see her at the Hanged Man. When you see her she gives you some money (and I think XP). You can repeat this for the other two quests, but I have found that if I do Isabella's quest line the "Friend" dissapears.
Anyone else have this problem? Does she move somewhere else? I finally found the last of the Shallowguard and finished "Night lies" and would love to turn it in (it was one of the more challenging battles).
