Disclaimer: As this is a supplemental guide/item checklist it is only natural that there will be spoilers to a certain extent. If you have not yet completed the game and do not wish to have anything spoiled I recommend that you wait until AFTER your first playthrough to use this guide.

This supplemental guide and item checklist is a work in progress that is meant to serve as a single stop to reference how to get a specific item, tome, companion armor upgrade for your “perfect” playthrough.
I’ve simply taken all the available information and organized it into a single reference broken down by Acts, then categories (e.g. Backpacks, Companion Armor Upgrades, Companion Gifts, etc).

Have any information you’d like to see added? Let me know! This was made for my personal use but I felt that it would be useful for those that are OCD like me.
As I’ve made these reference compilations for myself for other games, this one was made to my personal taste, if you’d like to see it changed you’re more than welcome to either request it or change it yourself.

I know a lot of you are most likely thinking that I’m posting some sort of virus so here are some screenshots of the file in question, heck this might help you decide if it is something you’d use.

Excellent work, thank you! Will have to check into this for my second playthrough. I always avoid wikis and databases and the like for my first pass through.

Let me know how the format works out for you when you finally get around to using it. There are just so many damn timelocked/missable items in this game...
