Hey guys, where is Orlanna and the bandits who stole her - I explored the whole map but I could not find her although I came across a Bandit Leader that the game would not alllow me to kill or interact with

- he just stands there alone and there is no daughter - please help.

Yeah, I remember going there and finding a bandit NPC who was just standing there - couldn't do anything and nothing triggered.

That bandit leader npc was creepy. Just standing there, watching you, with his madman's grin. Hope this gets fixed.

Okay, glad I read this before I trekked through the Wounded Coast yet again...

I think you have to take Fenris with you to the Wounded Coast during Act 2 then go on his mission. At least, that's how it worked for me.

I'm not sure what Fenris has to do with this quest, especially because "Who need rescuing?" is in Act 3 from a letter you receive at your estate to rescue some noble girl. You might be thinking of a different quest.

Anyway, it's a confirmed bug, and I can't seem to find an ETA for the fix, or any indication that it's even going to be fixed. Wiki says the quest was removed in beta, but some coding was left over, causing the  bandit leader to appear and the letter to be sent.

Yep, same for me too. Quite a few (important too) bugs in this game that need fixing soon.

Moreover, the quest isn't in the official guidebook either. Who knows whether it'll end up fully added or fully removed when they send out the patch. (Which should be soon. It's with EA right now)

This one didn't work me me either. Mr. Bandit was hanging around the beach having a good time I guess, completely ignored me.

Am I the only one that didn't get this quest on a playthrough? The first time I played; no letter, no creepy braindead(possibly zombie) bandit leader, nothing. He's there now though, and I wish desperately I could set him ablaze because it would be fun.

And by the way, no offense to anyone that brought this up, but what in the hell would taking Fenris along in a different act have to do with some crazy bugged side quest? Just sayin'........

Why doesn't this game include an automatic patch notifier or installer? 20 days ago it was patched!
