Seriously, BioWare: I have three save files that could be of great help towards fixing this issue:

I have a save at the beginning of Act 3, with no in-world resources from Act 3 collected, and nothing purchased from the Black Emporium; I have a save with ALL Act 3 in-world resources collected, and the remainder (about 20 resources missed from previous chapters) available for purchase at The Black Emporium; I have a save file with ALL previous-chapter resources purchased from The Black Emporium, and ALL Act 3 in-word resources collected EXCEPT Felandaris, but the location of the save is in Pride's End, with Felandarais ready for collecting.

I have tried to send these files to EA via their Technical Support website, but those people are totally worthless; they said they don't make submissions for game patches. How can I get those files to your team?

I have tried reloading saves, starting new games, reinstalling everything ... nothing works, despite the fact that I am clearly meeting the criteria for unlocking this trophy.

The first time I tried to get this trophy I brought some recourse from the black emporium and the trophy didn't pop. The second time I didn't buy any and I got the trophy. But one of my friends got the trophy by buying most of them from the emporium.

So my point being is that my playstation is a bit of a dick.

Phenomena which sometimes work for some people and sometimes do not work for others who satisfy the same conditions is pretty much the definition of a game bug. I don't really care if it's platform-specific; if it's broken: it's broken, and it needs to be fixed.

I just read this in the official release of listed "fixes" in patch 1.03, found here: http://social.biowar...age/da2-patches

Under the "FUNCTIONALITY" section it reads: "The Supplier achievement or trophy now always unlocks after finding at least 66 resource varieties, including resources purchased from the Black Emporium."

I have solid, save-game proof (several versions) that this is not true.

I got my supplier trophy after patch 1.03 and it didn't count if I brought them from the emporium. I think that the extra splindeweed might be the reason why the trophy is so glitchy.

like I said before, I got the trophy by collecting everything by natural means (no shop). I'm shocked that this hasn't been fixed. I haven't played DA II in over a month (I have beaten the game 3 times), but you would think this would be fixed by now. really a shame, because I guarantee this trophy alone is keeping people from a platinum trophy.

where is a Bioware member when you need one.

Not only is this keeping me from the platinum trophy -- which, by the way, the game developers don't care much about because it doesn't take away from the "core game experience" (EA's words) -- but this bug has, along with all the chatter about it and other bugs, basically soured my experience of Dragon Age 2. Well, those things, and the fact that they ruined my preferred character class and game-play tactics . . .

All you have to do is find all the ingregients naturally, it will pop. Just simply play through the game without buying a single reagent from the emporium. Speaking as someone who has 100 pecent of the trophies including DLC.

Nope. It's not working for some people. I've just collected all the ingredients naturally (no DLC installed) and trophy didn't popped up for me...

Only trophy that keeps me away from getting Platinum

You haven't read or understood what has been said earlier in this thread; it doesn't always work that way, and though it is true that it is the ONLY method which I have not yet tried, posts like this one suggest that it may also be a waste of my time:

Aside from that: the entire point I have made SEVERAL times is that BioWare said themselves that it is SUPPOSED to work if you buy crafting resources from The Black Emporium. If it DOES NOT work how the DESIGNERS say it is spposed to work, then the solution is not to find a work-around; the solution if for the DESIGNERS to make the game function CORRECTLY, which is to say in the way which THEY say it is supposed to work.

It's not the gamers' job to find work-arounds to game glitches; it is the designers' job to make a game that works as they say it is supposed to work. Yes, I could find a work-around, but I have ALREADY tried sevreral work-arounds which are in-accordance with BioWares guidelines, and NONE of them have worked.

The point is: if you have 66/66 crafting resources -- regardless of how you acquired those resources -- you should have the "Supplier" trophy/achievement; this is the OFFICIAL word from BioWare.

Extra spindleweed, Black Emporium, whatever ... none of that matters; it SHOULD work regardless of those things, and the fact that it doesn't means IT'S BROKEN.

i have all materials aka 9/9 6/6 6/6 1/1 for every type of craft ( 66 total) still no ****ing trophy...thats the 2nd playthrough with 66 mats and again no trophy man **** it

I just had a similar issue a little while ago.  I had to buy one of the two spindleweeds in the emporium at the end of act 2 because I missed one in act one and wasn't going to do another playthrough unless the emporium didn't work.  I proceeded to act 3 and got ALL the resources there, checked my books at my house after getting the last resource in act 3 and it said I had EVERYTHING yet I still had no trophy.  I went back to the emporium and bought the last spindleweed, even though I didn't need it, and that popped the trophy.  If you still have one spindleweed in the emporium and have every other supply go and try to buy that one and maybe you'll get lucky like I did.  That is if you have the emporium and haven't bought every ingrediant in it.

If only they'd get onto fixing the save game corruption from the most recent dlc. The only thing preventing me from buying the inevitable DA3. Otherwise I'll never purchase another Bioware game again, including ME3.

Doesn't work for me too..., got 5 things missing, all available in the emporium, but not trophy when buying them.. tried save/reload several times...

Are two of them spindleweed?  Because if you need more then one spindleweed and buy both from the emporium it will glitch it still.

Two lyriums..., guess its the same like spindleweed... well I'm on vacation for a week, enough time to play through the whole mess again  

Edit: On my 2nd playthrough I collected everything in order, this time the trophy popped up *phew*...

Hey Luke instead of that make a patch that fixes it so we don't have all these problems!!! I can't buy from Emporium I already have them I want and got last resource from Marrels quest A new path I think its called and no trophy. So i can'' load back so please fix it with a Patch.

Same problem, I beat the game 4 times until now and that trophy not pop up 3 times without buy ingredients on black emporium 1 time buying. nothing the trophy simple don't pop up,
