OK, I've got everything he needs, we collected the ingredients in the sewer and went back to the clinic. He says he needs to make preparations and to come back later; so I think no big deal and leave. I now have done every side quest available, every companion quest, and a few main quests yet every time I go back he just says the same thing, he needs to make preparations and come back later. Is this glitched?
Anders Justice quest?

Most companion quests require you to advance the main plot. Just continue with the main quest.

OK, I will but I've done quiet a lot of the main plot, just seems like too much to not be able to finish this quest. Thanks.

Well, I finished the game and see why I couldn't do it. But seems like a dumb move to have it as an active companion quest. I was under the impression I just had to wait a certain amount of time and went back to him about 4 times. I've ranted in other topics tonight enough about what I thought, enjoyed the game but not nearly as much as DAO by a long shot and yes I used a double positive for a reason.
