So like many of you I wish to give Bioware all of my hard earned money; however, I'm having a distinct problem accomplishing this. Whenever I attempt to add points to my account in order to buy the Warden's Keep DLC i run into this error:

An unexpected system error occurred.

com.liferay.portal.DuplicateUserScreenNameException

Being basicly illiterate at computers I find **** like this very difficult to deal with. I was wondering if anyone had any insight into solving this problem. Sorry if this problem has already been discussed I attempted a search but came up with zilch.

But don't get your hopes up, apparently Bioware doesn't give a damn about its customers and doesn't help us.
