In the first act I could fetch the first two ingredients just fine, but not the last (pure iron bark). There were no plot markers on the map at Sundermount, I talked to every Dalish in camp but no one said anything of the Iron Bark, and I ran up and down the mountainside twice. No new areas had opened up.

Now I'm having the exact same problem in Act II. I can get the first two ingredients, but can't find the last anywhere and no one in the camp has anything to say.

I think "Sketchy on the Details" is bugged as well as I've killed all the assassins and can't find Sketch at the Docks during the day or night (unless I was told to look for him in the wrong place. Then I guess that's not a bug )
